BSE consultants were commissioned to design the entire MEP services for this commercial office building development comprising of a basement car parking level and five floor levels of office spaces.
The building is furnished with a wide range of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health Service including the provision of UPS and emergency backup power generators to ensure a high level of electrical reliability and minimize any potential operational downtimes for the tenants within this development.

The main infrastructure of the development was completed in one year together with the car parking and the complete fit out of three floors of the development.
The fit out of the ground floor and intermediate level was fitted out in 2017 to achieve a fully operational building.
Overall Internal Area of the Development – 4,000m2
The main scope of the Client was to develop a high specification office development which can operate at high efficiency. It is the Client’s intention to further offset the energy consumption of the development with renewable technologies including the installation of a roof mounted photovoltaic system to compliment the already existing energy minimization features.
